We received an email from this client regarding his K-Render that has become discoloured over the years with Red algae, Green Algae , Black Mould and a few other species of contaminants on the renders surface.

Now these contaminants are not only an eye sore to the property but they can and do damage to the render causing fails in the render, cracks to appear sections falling off from the ingress of water through the root system that’s living there , these contaminants are treatable with the correct softwash cleaning agents being applied at low pressure , this is an approved by K-Rend cleaning method. Our approved products will NOT invalidate your K-Rend manufacturers warranty.

This property was going on the market and the owner wanted to get the top value he could.

Softwashing the K-Rend to remove the Black algae and other contaminants will improve the look of the property. You wouldn’t try to sell a dirty car and expect top money for the car, its common sense to have it looking its best.

Unlike a car this property is 13 meters up on a 4 storey flat on Kings Inch Road Braehead Glasgow.

We have some very specialist equipment that allows us to reach this height without the need of a cherry picker or scaffolding tower.

The property does not have a water supply, so we used or Scottish Water Registered Stand pipe to fill our on board tanks with the amount of water we need for this job.

This cleaning project had to have certain requirements meet before we could clean the K-Rend.
