This commercial property clean in Bathgate was a challenge. It required our elimination process on the metal cladding to try and remove the grease, oil, flux dust, welding, extractor dust, Algae, Black mould and 10 yrs worth of organic growth and also work related stainings. The unit was being used as a commercial welding fabrication shop for various North sea oil company’s projects.

We completed this commercial property metal cladding clean within 7  hours. We did not use cherry pickers or scaffoldings to reach the top of the unit which was 7.5 Meters high. All of the commercial external cladding clean was done from ground level with our specialist high reach systems and low pressure stainless steel pumps.

Once the external metal cladding was rinsed cleaned and free from oil, grease and organic matter we re-coated the metal cladding with Algo Clear Pro to continue the cleaning process and extend the longevity of the clean between  routined commercial property maintenance cleaning. The internal concrete floor was heavily oiled stained and dirty from years of hard work. We thoroughly cleaned the concrete floor using high pressure washers and rotary floor cleaners. The concrete floor is now oil, dirt and dust free and ready for it’s new tenants requirements.
